Our requirements:
- English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent)
- Excellent computer skills and Ethernet connection (for IP phone)
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Schedule:
Sat-Sun 09.00 am – 4.00 pm EST (New York time)
Responsibilities:
- Control nannies on their visits to patients in CRM system
- Talk to patients & assist in resolving any questions they have
- Call hospitals & insurance plans in case
- Send message via email to company departments
- Look for a replacement of a nanny in case of need
We provide 1 month training for new employees.
