We are a company based in New York, USA. Looking for a candidate for on-call coordinator in American home care agency.
Requirements:
- English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent)
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Responsibilities:
- Control nannies on their visits to patients in CRM system
- Talk to patients & assist in resolving any questions they have
- Call hospitals & insurance plans in case
- Send message via email to company departments
- Look for a replacement of a nanny in case of need
Schedule:
- Fri 06:00pm – 11:00pm, Sat 03.00 pm – 11.00 pm, Sun 03.00 pm – 11.00 pm New York time (Fri 01:00-06:00, Sat 22:00 – 06:00, Sun 22:00 – 06:00 Kiev time zone) total 21 working hours. We are working on American holidays.
