We are a company based in the USA. A woman-founded and woman-run company founded in 2015 that provides a wide range of IT, telecommunications, customer support, and other services to our customers. At the moment we are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer for our remote team to create an innovative and unique design for websites, landing pages, web applications, etc.
Our requirements:
- Russian (Native-Fluent) // optional English (Pre-Intermediate-Advanced).
- Proficient with visual design programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Tilda etc).
- 3 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role.
- Creative way of thinking.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- A portfolio of your UI/UX design work.
- Professional Etiquette.
- Collaborative spirit.
Schedule:
We are working on the EST time zone (UTC-5), but you can work at a comfortable schedule, just make sure to be present on a team meetings (usually help between 16:00-00:00)

Responsibilities:
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and landing pages
- You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.
