Our company is being operated and doing business with our clients based on the principles of transparency, mutual respect and open communication.
At the moment we are looking for the Intake/Enrollment Manager to join the New York home health agency. You will be responsible for managing and converting all Private Pay patient leads and assisting with both new patient enrollments and service changes for existing members. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth enrollment and support of our client base through professional and compassionate service.
The skills we are looking for:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (trilingual preferred, but bilingual in English and Russian or English and Spanish is also accepted).
- Computer skills (Gmail, Excel, CRM, working with files in different formats).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with seniors and their families.
- Patience and persistence in achieving results.
- Your own computer and access to the internet.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
What is the work schedule:
Mon-Fri Mon-Fri, 9:00 am — 5:00 pm or 10:00 am — 6:00 pm, according to New York time.

What would be your responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Private Pay patient leads. Handle inquiries with compassion and professionalism, guiding potential clients through the initial stages and converting leads into enrollments.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company’s services, advantages, and professional support options.
- Review and assess potential clients’ insurance plans to determine eligibility for services.
- Follow up with potential clients to address any questions or concerns and encourage service enrollment.
- Accurately document all client interactions, assessments, and enrollment details in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding client information and service provision.
- Coordinate with the coordinator’s team to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families to address any issues or changes in service needs.
- Track and report on sales metrics and client enrollment rates.
- Participate in regular intake meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
