We are currently looking for a remote car lease agent for one of our projects, a New York car leasing company. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be crucial in representing our company and assisting with consultations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (Advanced) and Russian (Native)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support
- Punctuality
- Fast-speed internet connection
- Personal computer or laptop
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of phone calls from potential customers, primarily related to available cars for lease (approximately 2-6 calls per shift)
- Collect customer information and relay it to Asana for sales managers
- Conduct outbound calls to finance departments to obtain dealer payoff amounts on behalf of clients
- Communicate with insurance companies to add or replace vehicles
- Create short social media posts twice weekly about the latest available cars (assisted by ChatGPT)
- Assist with various tasks delegated by managers
What is the work schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 1 pm (New York time, UTC-5), totaling 20 hours per week. Ability to
cover emergencies from 1 pm – 7 pm.
