Front Desk Helpers is a company based in New Jersey, USA. Looking for a candidate for the remote position of Sales Manager for a company that provides Home Care Services.
This position requires a specific approach, as we are not selling any goods, but services! Our clients – are seniors who are in need of assistance from health aides. The aim of Sales Manager is to provide the patient with the information of company’s services, advantages, professional support, bonuses and ensure that the patient is eligible to receive those according to his/her insurance plan.
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of all three languages are a must English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent) // Spanish (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Experience in sales is a must as well. Preferably experience working on USA market or selling services
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Sustainable wire internet connection, as well as quiet environment and a computer
- We are using IP phones for our work and you will be provided with such one;
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST New York time. Total is 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Work on leads
- Inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients or their representatives
- Ensure increase of sales level
- Working with CRM system Bitrix24 and inner database, Gmail, Microsoft office documents
- Prepare reports
We are looking for a person who is concentrated on a result, proactive, never forgets to follow up the leads and enjoy working in a team!
We provide 1 month training for new employees.
