Front Desk Helpers Company has been providing outsourcing services for US companies since 2015. The company is working with over 15 USA clients in such industries as healthcare, architecture, real estate, marketing, IT development, and others. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payments, managing payroll, handling payroll related inquiries as well as any Ad-Hoc tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Record and track all financial transactions using accounting software
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Process payroll and handle any payroll related inquiries 
  • Prepare financial statements and reports 
  • Conduct bank reconciliations for general ledger accounts
  • Conduct payment reconciliations 
  • Maintain the documents to ensure accuracy 
  • Assist with finance related calls -Ad-Hoc tasks as necessary

Desired skills and experience:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of both English and Russian (knowledge of Spanish is a big advantage)
  • Working Experience in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Experience with general ledger accounts reconciliation
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Experience: Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred); Payroll and AP 1 year (Preferred);

Schedule:

9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday according to New York time. , 40 hours per week. 

Full time, fully remote
