Logistic Dispatcher [ENG, full time]

Hello, guys 

Front Desk Helpers company is offering a new job opportunity. We are looking for Amazon Delivery Trucks dispatching agent with English fluent level.

Position duties

1. Watch in-transit tours and make sure all arrivals and departures are on time.
2. Confirm Upcoming tours and make sure they’re not late for the first stop. 
3. Report delays and provide a reason for the delay by speaking with the driver.

4.Receive all calls to dispatch and help drivers with issues along the way.

5.Call road side services (repairs) for drivers if needed.

6.Log incidents in the dispatch log

We have available schedule for evening and night hours (Kyiv time). 

Tech requirements:

– LAN cable (Ethernet)
