Our company serves nursing homes in the USA and we are looking for a remote employee to join our team. You will work with potential patients (hot and warm leads) and help to learn information about the company’s services. Sales will be within your purview, but not the core responsibility.

Requirements:
– English and Spanish at intermediate level or higher, Russian (optionally)
– Ability to work EST time (New York time zone)
– LAN connection (cable)

Schedule:
It’s a full time position.
Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Duties:
– Work with clients: calls, email
– Interaction with employees via email, phone, instant messengers
– Discussion of the company’s services with the client, overcoming objections
– Providing a full list of services by telephone and discussing them with the client
