We are a company based in New York, USA. Looking for a candidate for on-call coordinator in American home care agency.
Our requirements:
- English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent) // Spanish (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Total is 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Control nannies on their visits to patients in CRM system
- Talk to patients & assist in resolving any questions they have
- Call hospitals & insurance plans in case
- Look for a replacement of a nanny in case of need
