Letting callers press 1 for office hours and 2 for directions is only the beginning. You can also, for example, decide what happens when no one answers within a certain number of rings. Does the call then ring a larger group of phones, go into a queue to wait for the next available agent or go to voicemail? You can limit the number of callers in a queue or the length of time they spend on hold. You can choose the music they hear while waiting, record the prompts they'll hear, and notify them of the estimated wait time. And you can have some calls ring through to mobile workers' cell phones when they're out of the office or away from their desks. Overall, you can customize your setup so thoroughly that your customers won't know they're dealing with a small company unless you tell them.
