Front Desk Agent – Remote Assistant

We are a company based in USA. Looking for a candidate for remote Front Desk Assistant speaking English and Russian for an American home care agency (we organize home care services for seniors).
Our specialists are ready to teach you everything they know, to make sure you will be a reliable team player. Please, keep in mind that we work according to USA time zone.
- English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent)
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Receive & organize incoming calls, depending on the question/issue of the caller
- You will receive calls from English and Russian phone support line
- All leads should be worked out with CRM Bitrix24 (no deep experience required
- You must be able to use G-Mail, Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Mon-Fri 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. EST (Mon-Fri 20:00 – 00:00 Ukrainian time zone)
