At the moment we are looking for an Appointment Confirmation Agent in a New York medical clinic.

It is a fully remote position, please, see the details below.

Requirements:

  • Both English (Advanced) and Russian (Native-Fluent) languages.
  • Excellent computer skills (ability to work with apps, CRM, emails, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a call center is a plus (be ready to do around 140 outgoing calls).
  • High level of customer service to provide the right support for the patients.
  • Quick learner (to learn medical information).
  • Detail orientation, as we are working with insurance policies.
  • Punctuality.
  • Fast-speed internet connection.
  • Your own computer or a laptop (min RAM is 8Gb).

Responsibilities:

  • Making outgoing calls to patients to confirm their presents at the appointment as per the scheduled time
  • Answering client’s questions
  • Rescheduling/moving/spreading equally appointments where and when needed
  • Make sure the consent form is sent to the patient
  • Make follow-up calls on no-shows and cancellations of appointments
  • Assisting patients with any request for appointment relative requests (medication, transportation, authorizations, etc.)

What is the work schedule:

Monday-Thursday 2 pm — 7 pm, Friday 2 pm — 6 pm shifts according to New York time (UTC-5). There are options to work additional hours.

  • We provide our employees with hardware IP phones as the instrument to connect to USA customers as well as all the necessary software (CRM, virtual fax machine, SMS service, VPN).

Please, note that you will have to watch training videos, read manuals, and pass training with Manager. The training contains a large volume of medical information, data about doctors’ availability, a memo about clinic specialization, and many others. After the training, you will pass the test.
