    Q: Are there calls involved?

    FDH: Unless you have a US phone number, phone calls are the most effective way to communicate with your audience. We also encourage you to use Google Meet or Zoom calls to speak with your prospects.

    Q: Will you provide a dialer, email address?

    FDH: No. Currently, the equipment is at the discretion of our partner.

    FDH: Our remote offices have employees of varying levels of seniority, from junior to senior. The employees work in various professions and departments, as the portfolio outlines.

    FDH: The largest remote office is a homecare agency in New York, with a combination of in-office staff and remote employees. It currently employs over 1000 people, offering elder care and nursing services, and has a team of over 60 FDH specialists.

    Q: What key points do we communicate to prospects to build their comfort and achieve agreement?

    FDH: The key benefits of our services are high-quality, pre-trained specialists, flexible solutions, and rapid expansion with HR or AI implementation. Business owners can save time by delegating all HR and management operations to our staff.

If they are dissatisfied with the candidate, we will provide another at no additional cost.

    After onboarding a new project, we provide an Account Manager at no additional cost. The Account Manager is the main point of contact for any project-related issues and coordinates with the remote team. However, the client or its representative must introduce our Account Manager and employees to the business processes at least once. After that, we take care of training on business rules for any future open positions in the project.

    We have Service and NDA agreements, and our employees are trained to meet HIPAA compliance requirements. We can discuss additional agreements with clients.

    FDH: The primary contact person is our Sales Manager during the sales process.

    FDH: Our representative will conduct an assessment through a meeting or phone conversation. It may require multiple calls or emails to resolve all questions related to the remote position, which vary depending on the industry and include industry, specialty, number of employees, schedule, languages, duties, and communication.

    FDH: We primarily hire staff from Europe and Latin America and have a large database of Spanish-speaking personnel. Many of our staff members are fluent in Ukrainian and Russian. We do not consider candidates based in the US for remote positions.
