It is a small family business with over 20 years of operating history and an outstanding portfolio of architectural design projects throughout the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The business owners were very selective and demanding about team development and growth. That is why for a long time, they were working within a small company of proven specialists, a small company of proven specialists.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>What problems need to be solved?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the business processes grew, the business owner looked for cost reduction and optimization. And just in a few weeks decided to increase the number of employees to three Permit Coordinators and the Receptionist.
