Hello,

We are an American company called Front Desk Helpers (frontdeskhelpers.com) Our company is currently looking for a Marketing director. Please, review the job description below:

Requirements:

  1. Set up annual/quarterly / monthly goals and plans for each channel, control and track fulfillment;
  2. Ensure effective budget spend across all channels:
    1.  Google Ads,
    2. Social Media,
    3. Flyer Distributors
    4. Newspapers
    5. Referral
  3. Review and approve all campaigns/content to be launched across all channels;
  4. Create and keep marketing reports up to date to make accurate and informed decisions;
  5. Control and coordinate the work and efficiency of the marketing team;
  6. Interview and select new marketing team members when necessary;
  7. Communicate and coordinate with different departments for obtaining information and metrics;
  8. Analyze marketing activities and budgets, present the results to upper management;
  9. Take an active part in Bitrix24 implementation at every stage of leads processing – from calls capturing to patients’ enrollment;
  10. Create content for the website;

Required skills:

  • Analytical skills – ability to understand numbers/trends and convert them into reports;
  • Well versed in digital marketing – practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO and Content standards and trends, WordPress CRM.
  • Writing and proofreading skills – able to write articles and edit English texts (articles ads, emails, etc)
  • Good command of English;
  • Desirable, but not must – practical knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM platform;
  • Creativity

Schedule: Mon-Fri * 09.00 am – 04.00 pm EST
